Just One More Page...
I enjoy reading because it's an activity that is all mine no one else has input into the choices I make regarding reading - in a sense its a choice that's all mine or I own it! I love the escape getting into a good book can give you. When I don't get a chance to read I literally get stressed and anxious, I have to have that me time activity. My family can actually tell when I've not had time to read and will say, you need to go read and chill.
